5 c flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 c water
1 3/4 c salad oil
1 can tsubushian*

*prepared sweetened red bean paste

Recommended Instructions

Sift the flour and salt together. Make a well and add the water and oil and mix. Flatten each dough about the size of a walnut, and place teaspoonful of An on it and pinch to seal the an in the dough. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and brush milk on top.

Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
