Ingredients

Crust:
2 blocks butter, softened at room temperature
2 cups flour

Filling:
2-3# purple sweet potato
2 blocks butter, softened at room temperature
1 can condensed milk

Haupia (coconut pudding):
1 pkg Noh brand Haupia

Recommended Instructions

Crust:
Mix butter and flour together and press into 9x13 pan.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until brownish.
Cool.

Filling:
Boil sweet potato until soft; cool enough to peel skin.
Mash potato with butter and condensed milk.
Make sure it is mashed till it's smooth or it will be lumpy when you cut.
Spread over cooled crust.

Haupia:
Makes haupia according to directions on package.
Spread over potato filling.
Cool, cut and eat.
