6 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups
1 (14 oz can) condensed milk
1 (13.5 oz can) coconut milk
3 cups cooked purple sweet potato
2 lbs. Punaluu sweetbread
Butter

Recommended Instructions

Place 3 to 4 slices of butter on bottom of 9x13 pan.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, water, condensed milk, coconut milk, sweet potato and cubed sweetbread.

Place into baking pan and bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. Check to see that it is not too moist.

Note: You must use 2 lbs of sweetbread; it will be too wet if you don't.
