1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup cottage cheese
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recommended Instructions:

Process the oameal, cottage cheese, egg whites, cinnamon, and nutmeng in a blender until smooth.

Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add the batter and cook over medium heat until both sides are highly browned.

You can top the pancake with low-sugar syrup of your choices.
