Ingredients

Soup bone
1/2 package of green split peas
Onion, med size
green onion
celery
3 cloves garlic
Parsley
1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
1 can water
Potatoes
frozen mixed vegetables
1 can Campbellʻs vegetable soup
Pkg Spaghetti or macaroni pasta

Recommended Instructions

Boil soup bone for 20 minutes or longer.
Add half a package of green split peas.
Cook for approx.l 10 minutes
In a separate pan, bown chopped onion, green onion, celergy, garlic, parlsey in bacon fat or crisco.
Add salt, pepper and all spice to taste.
Add can of tomato sauce & simmer.
Add 1 can of water and bring to a boil.
All all of this to soup (soup bones w/split peas)
Add potatoes which has been chopped small
Add frozen mixed vegetables
Add can of Campbellʻs vegetable soip
Cook slowly and add broken spaghetti or macaroni.
Cook until done. About 1 hour
Soup should be on the thick side.
