2 to 3 pounds Pork shoulder, chopped
achiote oil (cook achiote seeds in vegetable oil)
garlic, minced
onion, minced
oregano, dried
black pepper
bell pepper, minced
cilantro, chopped
tomato sauce

Recommended Instructions

Brown chopped pork and minced garlic in achiote oil.
Add dried oregano (to your liking)
Add salt and pepper
Add 1 medium onion, minced
Add 1 medium bell pepper, minced (no seeds)
Add 1 bunch chopped cilantro
Add 1 small can tomato sauce
Add 1 can water
Add 1 can small olives (whole)
Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes
