2 to 3 lbs. large shrimp

Sauce: combine and mix thoroughly.
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T. sugar
1 T. oyster sauce
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. rice vinegar
2 tsp. black pepper
1 T. Parsley, finely chopped
2 T. garlic, finely minced

Recommended Instructions

Remove legs; cut back of shell, leaving shell on shrimp; devein. Soak shrimp in sauce for at least 1 hour then grill over charcoal.
