Romaine Lettuce or mixed greens
bacon bits
dried cranberries or craisins

1 c sugar or 2/3 cup Agave Nectar
3/4 c canola oil
1/4 c red wine vinegar
2T soy sauce

2 pkgs ramen noodles
1- 3 oz pkg slivered almonds
1/4 C sesame seeds
1/2 C butter
2T sugar

Recommended Instructions

Add all ingredients in microwavable bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved; micro for 3-4 minutes on power level 2.
Store in jar or bottle.

I add bacon bits, and cranberries or craisins...
Crush dry ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets).
Melt butter in pan over medium heat; stir in sugar. When sugar is dissolved, add crushed ramen, slivered almonds, and stir until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Once cooled, store in air-tight container.

When ready to make your salad, rinse vegetables well, cutting Romaine lettuce to bite size and put in spinner or towel dry to eliminate as much water. Put your vegetables in large salad bowl, add bacon bits, topping and dressing to your taste.
