1# shrimp
2 stalks green onion, minced

2 T sugar
2 T shoyu
1 T sherry
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil

Recommended Instructions

1. Marinate unshelled shrimp in sauce for 20 minutes. Drain and save sauce.

2. Heat oil in pan; fry drained shrimp.

3. Remove to platter and sprinkle green onion over shrimp.

4. Cook remaining sauce in pot and thicken with cornstarch.

5. Pour sauce over shrimp and serve hot.
