1 cup all purpose flour
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recommended Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In mixing bowl, break in the eggs and whisk until well beaten. Add milk and salt and whisk until frothy. Gradually add in the flour and beat until smooth. Do not overbeat. Into each cup of a 12-cup muffin pan, Place 1 teaspoon of oil, butter or shortening. When the oven reaches temperature, place the muffin pan into oven and heat for approximately 3 minutes. Take pan out of oven and pour batter into each cup, filling about 1/2 full. Place back in oven and bake for 25 minutes. Do not open oven door during the baking process. When done, immediately remove from oven and muffin pan. Serve with roast beef, turkey, chicken or broiled steaks.
