1 medium size pig feet
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 bayleaf
2 cloves garlic
1 cup water

Recommended Instructions

Cut pig feet into pieces (butcher will do it). Put pieces in pot and add all ingredients. Simmer this until tender; but in the meantime, if it gets dry, add more water.

If you are using a pressure cooker, use 1/4 cup water in place of 1 cup and cook for 20 minutes under medium pressure.
