1/3 cup sake or mirin
1/3 cup shoyu
1 Tbsp. sugar
grated ginger
grated garlic
dash of salt
2 chili peppers w/1 Tbsp. vinegar (strain chili peppers)

Recommended Instructions

Marinate thinly sliced meats (yakiniku style) with chopped onion and sesame oil.

Heat grill (or griddle) with butter and cook your meats and vegetables. Dip in sauce before eating.

Suggested meats and seafood: beef, chicken, shrimp, scallop.

Suggested vegetables: cabbage, bean sprouts, onion, mushroom, zucchini, eggplant
