1 - 2 eggs
2 - 1 teaspoon mayo
3 - 1 tablespoon water (to make a little more creamy, use evaporated mik, instead of water)
4 - 1/8 teaspoon of salt
5 - 1 teaspoon pat butter
6 - 1/4 cup grated cheese
- Heat pan first, Make sure frying pan is on medium heat
- add butter to heated pan
- Combine first 4 ingredients into a small bowl and beat with a fork.
- pour eggs into the heated pan, do NOT touch!
- after 30 seconds using a spatula stir eggs in pan once
- after another 30 sconds stir eggs again with spatula
- evenly sprinkle cheese on top of eggs
- after another 30 sconds stir eggs one last time with spatula
- plate eggs immediately, do not allow eggs to sit in pan as they will overcook.
