Pork Shoulder
Cabbage, Mustard, Chinese, Bok Choy
Hawaiian Salt
Chicken Stock

Recommended Instructions

1. Brown crushed garlic
2. Chop pork shoulder into small pieces and brown
3. Add ginger
4. Cover pork with water and cook for about 30 minutes until pork is softened
5. Squeeze tomato into this mixture
6. Add Hawaiian Salt, Patis for flavor
7. Add chopped cabbage but do not overcook so it will remain crunchy.
8. Add chicken stock and cook for about 30 minutes
